In my 16 years as a Professional Counsellor, trainer/assessor and seminar presenter for the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors also specialising in workplace counselling. I have completed a personality profile on all my clients to encourage them to know of their individual traits. I did this with the use of a questionnaire and feedback. I have found this to have a positive effect on clients.
Now with Alan Stevens profiling process a new way of understanding with a tool that allows me to work with clients and understand them and their needs and behaviours with photos and face to face to help with a positive outcome.
