Facilitated Group Coaching for Leadership Alignment

How the Pathway Works

The program includes three connected stages.

Stage 1 — Personal Pattern Awareness

Leaders explore the experiences, beliefs, and emotional responses that shape how they lead today.

Stage 2 — Whole-Life Alignment

Leaders map how their time, energy, and attention are currently being used and identify key areas of misalignment.

Stage 3 — People–Performance Connection

Leaders connect their patterns to workplace behaviour, decision-making, communication, and performance.

Each stage includes guided preparation and a live facilitated group coaching session.

Facilitated Group Coaching Program: $1,650 +GST per person
Minimum group size: 6 participants per organisation
Minimum organisational investment: $9900 +GST

The program includes three facilitated group coaching sessions of 90 to 120 minutes each, structured coaching preparation, guided exercises, downloadable mapping tools, and a certificate of completion.
