Learning Through Country—Adult Professional Learning explores First Nations perspectives through culture, Country and community knowledge.

Learning Through Culture and Country

Across Aboriginal cultures, knowledge is shared through story, community guidance and lived experience on Country. Consequently these traditions help people understand their responsibilities to land, community and future generations.

Professionals explore these ideas through reflective learning experiences that encourage awareness, cultural respect and thoughtful engagement with First Nations perspectives. Importantly, this learning helps organisations develop stronger cultural understanding and more respectful relationships with Aboriginal communities.

“The purpose of cultural learning is not to create guilt. It is to create awareness, responsibility, and respect.” - Corrina Lindby
