Across Australia, First Nations leaders continue to build businesses, guide community organisations and strengthen economic independence through culturally grounded leadership.

This stream helps learners understand how leadership within First Nations communities is shaped by responsibility to family, Country and community rather than individual authority alone. Leadership often emerges through cultural knowledge, lived experience and respect within community structures.
